Pause at the Well is a free weekly group providing coaching for heart-centered living through cultivation of Self energy, intuitively guided growth and harnessing the power of intention for you to evolve. By tending to your inner well with weekly celebrations of your growth, encouragement for staying the course, awareness development and direction for wherever you are in your life's journey, you and your life will bloom. And, harnessing the power of intention for focused alignment together with the group super charges your intention's impact! We meet on Mondays at noon eastern time via Zoom.
