The Bloom Your Vision Journey
Seed 1 - We Arrive
Begin by slowing down, becoming present, and reconnecting with yourself. Notice where you are without judgment and create space to listen inward.
Seed 2 - We Root in Our Values
Clarify what matters most. Your values become the roots that keep you grounded and guide every decision.
Seed 3 - We Set Our Intentions
Choose how you want to live, who you are becoming, and what you are committed to creating. Intention provides direction before action.
Seed 4 - We Align Our Lives
Examine where your daily choices, relationships, habits, and environment support—or pull you away from—your vision. Make small shifts toward greater alignment.
Seed 5 - We Live On Purpose
Reconnect with your unique gifts and the contribution you are here to make. Purpose gives meaning to your vision and energy to your actions.
Seed 6 - We Choose Courage
Growth requires stepping beyond comfort. Practice taking aligned risks, releasing limiting beliefs, and trusting yourself one step at a time.
Seed 7 - We Commit to the Journey
Transform your vision into consistent action. Small, intentional choices made repeatedly create lasting change and momentum.
Seed 8 - We Transform
As you live in alignment with your values, intention, and purpose, you begin to experience lasting transformation—not by becoming someone else, but by becoming more fully yourself.
Seed 9 - We Bloom
Celebrate your growth, honor your journey, and recognize that fulfillment is not a destination but an ongoing way of living. As you bloom, you naturally create space for others to bloom as well.
OVERVIEW
Bloom Your Vision: A Seasonal Workshop
Bloom Your Vision is a transformative 3-hour online workshop offered each season and inspired by the fresh seasonal Soul Growth Challenge Reading that emerges from the sacred Pause at the Well space. Maria Mellano and Angela Marie of Grounded Dreamers have been hosting Pause at the Well since 2021. Pause at the Well is a monthly gift community offering and each gathering invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom already living within you. We invite you to Bloom Your Vision together with us.
Welcome to your journey of remembering who you are and creating a life aligned with what matters to you most. This journey is designed to guide you through a series of seeds planted:
Seed one - Arriving: Pause and become present. Take stock of where you are, what season of life you're in, and what is asking for your attention.
Seed two - Values: Reconnect with what matters most. Clarify the core values that will serve as your compass for living and decision-making.
Seed three - Intention: Choose how you want to show up. Set an intention for the season and identify the qualities you want to embody.
Seed four - Purpose: Explore what you are here to create, contribute, and become. Discover the intersection of your gifts, joy, and service.
Seed five - Alignment: Reflect on whether your daily choices, relationships, and habits support the life you want to cultivate.
Seed six - Courage: Face the fears and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, and step toward the possibilities calling you forward.
Seed seven - Vision: Imagine your flourishing future. Dream boldly about the life, relationships, and experiences you are creating.
Seed eight - Commitment: Transform inspiration into action by identifying meaningful next steps and the support you need along the way.
Seed nine - Reflection: Integrate your discoveries and acknowledge the person you are becoming through this process.
Seed ten - Closing: Gather the wisdom of your journey into a guiding commitment, a meaningful word, and a vision for the life you are blooming.
Bloom Your Vision is an invitation to live a VIP life - a Values-based, Intention-aligned, and Purpose-driven life you authentically love.
Return to these pages each season to reflect, renew, and remember. Growth happens one intentional choice, one aligned action, and one beautiful bloom at a time.
Let's bloom together!

Angela Marie of Grounded Dreamers will be offering bonus individual readings during the workshop in the Dreamers Lounge breakout room. The focus for your reading can be on anything you wish to explore - and these readings are designed to super-charge what you are creating through your vision board!
Included in the workshop, we offer three one hour sessions on the third Thursday of the month for participants in the Workshop - in other words, after the Saturday workshop, we meet the following Thursday (which is the third Thursday) and then again the following two months until the next workshop. In these one-hour sessions your vision board creations are shared and coaching and intuitive guidance is offered to support you through the ups and downs that are a natural part of living a breakthrough life to Bloom Your Vision.
SUGGESTIONS
SUGGESTIONS for getting the most from the day:
Get ready!
- CLEAR SPACE:
- You will be doing this workshop from your environment of choice. So, take the time to make your space most conducive to getting the most from this experience. Create an inviting workspace for yourself to tap into clarity and focus, being mindful of clutter and how powerful clearing it can feel. We suggest using sage to energetically clear the space.
- SET THE MOOD:
- Create your "happy place." Consider using candles, incense, fresh-cut flowers, etc. to create ambiance and positive energy.
- BE WELL RESTED:
- Get a good night's sleep the night before.
- BE WELL NOURISHED:
- Have a nourishing breakfast/lunch (depending on your time zone) before the workshop. Prepare a nice cup of tea or coffee to enjoy during the workshop and have snacks and water on hand.
- CHECK OUT THE TOOLS IN THE PORTAL:
- Gratitude, Clearing, and Vision Meditations. If you have time, please use these in advance to start preparing your mind, body, and soul for your experience.
- Companion Journal: Decide whether you want to write by hand in your journal or use the fill-able digital version, which is also available. If you are writing by hand, make sure to print it out in advance. The digital version is available if you don't have paper. Having paper on hand is a great way to jot down ideas or doodle if you are not printing the journal out. No need to start filling it out until the day of the event, as we will be going through it together. Whichever version you choose, make sure to have it ready to go for the day.
- VISION BOARD:
- Decide whether you'll be creating a vision board the hands-on way on a poster board using glue and magazines or digitally using Canva (or another online platform.) Be sure you are able to save and share your creation with our group, if you choose to share.
- For those creating a VIRTUAL vision board - we recommend using Canva.com: You will be able to grab screenshots off the internet, so there's not much to do in advance. The journal is designed to guide you through brainstorming to help you get clear about what you want. You can explore Canva for optional templates you might want to use.
- For those creating a PHYSICAL vision board hands-on, you will need supplies. Here is your supply list... make sure to have this stuff ready to go the day of the event
- MATERIALS NEEDED:
- A variety of magazines (such as health and wellness magazines, home and garden, design, and architecture, such as Dwell, lifestyle magazines such as Real Simple or O, business magazines such as Fast Company, and National Geographic is a great one for nature images)
- Glue: Try to avoid Elmer’s white glue as the pages tend to ripple when they dry. Using glue sticks works great. Most types are repositionable until dry, which is ideal for this type of project.
- A large poster board (22×28 is a good standard size; you can find poster board at Target, Walgreens, or art supply stores).
- Scissors are optional, as you may want to rip the pages for a more rustic look.
