Pause at the Well Details and Opt In Form

Get intentional, uplifted and inspired in this 30-minute monthly community offering.

Pausing at the well is a great way to get present to your values, align your intention, and live purposefully to grow a life you authentically love.

We call this living a VIP life - a values-based, intention-aligned and purpose driven life.

We meet on Zoom the first Monday of the month, at 9:30 AM PST | 12:30 PM EST.

FORMAT:

  • WELCOME: we start and end promptly.  We meet for 30 minutes. The group is intimate and confidential. We ask you to keep your camera on during the session which enhances engagement and safety.
  • CIRCLE UP AT THE WELL: we start by inviting you to get present to and share something you're grateful for in your life.
  • THE READING:  Angela Marie of Grounded Dreamers, shares a fresh intuitively aligned reading intended to connect and inspire you to listen to your own intuition and grow the way that is aligned with your calling and purpose.  We also later (we do not record the live session) do a recording of the reading that gets shared.
  • CREATE INTENTIONS: We pause for mindful integration of the reading and for reflection on what you see for yourself through it that brings inspiration to your intention for the week.  
  • SHARE INTENTIONS: we invite participants to log your intentions in the chat to enhance impact and support of the intentions created, collectively. 
  • BLOOM ALTAR OFFERINGS: for the tough, tight and/or tender places in your life, you're invited to name something you'd like support around to offer up the Bloom Altar.

 SESSION AGREEMENTS:

  • Whatever is shared in the session is held in confidence. Please honor this for trust and safety of the group.
  • After the session we upload a video of the soul guidance reading to YouTube but this only includes Angela and Maria and nothing personal from the group process is shared.
  • This session is supportive and has therapeutic value. But, this is not a group therapy session, though Maria Mellano is a licensed therapist.
